Studio workshops for large groups
Service Description
Studio workshops offer a fun and unique way to celebrate and make memories. Great for family gatherings, team building events, friend reunions, and birthdays. Private gatherings are 2hr studio sessions. Wheel workshops can accommodate 10 people. Pottery painting can accommodate 12 people. Mixed ages groups are welcome. Birthday parties groups/ +7yrs old Adult gatherings responsible BYOB/ +21yrs old Wheel workshop gatherings include clay, tools, and instruction. There is plenty of time to explore and create. $150 studio fee Keeping your wheel work is optional. You are welcome to choose at the end of the workshop. $15 for 1 piece/ additional $10 per piece. Pottery will be ready to glaze in 3-4 weeks. And pick up 4-6 weeks. Pottery painting workshops, pottery will be available for pick up in 1 week. $50 studio fee plus pottery painted (items range $15-60). Pottery painting does have a travel option! Workshop fee is non-refundable. If you do not receive your pottery after the workshop your glazing fee is refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Workshop fee is non refundable. Glazing fee is refundable if your pottery doesn't survive the firing process. Glazing appointments; Can be scheduled online. Pottery needs to be glazed within 2 months after bisque firing. If an appointment is not made, the studio will glaze your pottery and notify you for pick up. Pottery Pick up; If your pottery sits for over 6 months, it will be donated to create shelf room (No guarantees on pottery after 6months). Helpful studio tips; -Clay will wash out of clothes. Come prepared to get a little messy. -Long nails can be difficult. Trimming your nails before arriving may be helpful. -Rings can interfere with the throwing process. If possible, you probably want to leave your rings at home.
