Service Description
First house pottery is welcoming in the Saxon Hill Preschool community Saturday, Feb 7th for a V.I.P feel of the wheel gathering! Feel of the Wheel workshops are great for anyone who wants to experience throwing with no pressure. It's all about enjoying the process. Guided instruction and help with centering is provided. No experience is needed! Wheel workshops include clay, tools, and instruction. There is plenty of time to explore and create. Keeping your wheel work is optional. You are welcome to choose at the end of the workshop. $12 per piece. Glazing options; 1.) Make a glaze appointment to personally come in and glaze yourself. Sign up online. or 2.) Arrange for the studio glaze. Pottery will be ready for pick up 4-6 weeks. The studio can accept cash, check, Venmo, and cards.
Cancellation Policy
Workshop fee is non refundable. Glazing fee is refundable if your pottery doesn't survive the firing. 3 month policy for glazing personally . If an appointment is not made, the studio will glaze your pottery and notify you for pick up. Pottery Pick up; If your pottery sits for over 6 months, it will be donated to create shelf room (No guarantees on pottery after 6months). Helpful studio tips! Trimming long nails is encouraged (but not required) Clay washes out, but wear clothes you don't mind getting a little messy!
